Overview
The Honda Jazz is the supermini for people who hate superminis. Every 2024 model is a hybrid, pairing a 1.5-litre petrol engine with Honda's e:HEV system for around 62mpg in everyday driving. Inside, the famous Magic Seats fold, flip and tip in clever ways, turning the cabin into a surprisingly capable load-lugger for a car this size. The driving feel is light and friendly, and visibility is excellent thanks to the tall glasshouse. It is not exciting, but it is honest: easy to park, cheap to run, and built with the care Honda is known for. For small families or older drivers who want comfort and practicality above image, the Jazz makes a very strong case.
